The School Innovation Competition provides a platform for students, teachers, pre-service teachers, and undergraduate students to showcase innovative educational ideas, products, prototypes, teaching materials, and solutions addressing real-world challenges.
The competition is divided into the following two categories:
Category A: School Student Innovation
This category is open to primary and secondary school students. Participants may submit innovations related to STEM, artificial intelligence, educational technology, sustainability, digital learning, robotics, coding, inclusive education, or community-based solutions.
Participation may be individual or in teams of up to five students, supported by one teacher adviser. Participants may present their innovation through a poster, prototype, product demonstration, digital presentation, or short oral presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session.
Category B: Educator and Higher Education Student Innovation
This category is open to school teachers, Institute of Teacher Education (IPG) students, and undergraduate students. Participants may showcase innovative teaching approaches, educational products, digital applications, learning modules, assessment tools, prototypes, or practical solutions that enhance teaching, learning, inclusion, and educational practice.
Participation may be individual or team-based. Each innovation will be presented through a poster, prototype, product demonstration, digital presentation, or short oral presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session.
